I'm a Tenant, how do I register?
Please click the link for which ever service group your in search for. If your a Renter/Tenant seeking services to book cleaning services, maintenance requests, applications for rental units and more by JBS COMING SOON.
Can I just book a service and not register?
Yes.
But please note that some services require a Login due to the type of service request needed. There are some services that require a very simple security check just to make sure the person entering the information is not a Bot.

Do I have to supply cleaning products & equipment?
No, our Team brings everything needed to perform there service tasks.
How much do I have to pay?
Our hourly rates will very depending of the type of service(s) needed, the length of time needed and the area of the service.
A Team Member will discuss with you before hand to make sure your comfortable with the fee before they proceed with the request and fill the service request.
How many hours would i need?
Each service and property would need to be accessed in order to give an accurate time scale.
