In the event that you choose (Clear Entry), you acknowledge that our Team takes no responsibility of the property before or after the service has been performed. Our team will take photos Before/During/After the service is performed.

If you are Unknown or Yes about pets onsite, please advice the current renter or home owner to have any or all pets out of the way of the service area.

You as the booking client/customer acknowledge that once the service has been completed, you will receive your final invoice VIA Email/SMS/Onsite. At which time the invloice will be due upon receipt.
Please note: If our service team arives for the services and there is no answer or they cannot do the service because the tenant/owner/renter/etc is not home nor answers, you maybe subject to a $25 callout charge.
